Phase 1
Idea Generation
Employees submit their innovative ideas to address key challenges and opportunities within Tecniplast
Idea Screening & evaluation
The selected ideas are presented and evaluated by the BoardPhase 2
Team Creation
Based on the idea, a collaborative team with the appropriate technical & marketing expertise is appointed
Phase 3
Execution
Virtual Concept
Each team explores technologies, partners and technical literature to elaborate a new concept. Through this phase each team evaluates potential technical feasibility, market appeal and development effort.Detailed Concept
Each team builds a complete and detailed proposal of mockup or sample(s) to be evaluated by the board. The teams focus on the voice of the customer and on more detailed market analyses.Preliminary Testing Results
Each team runs experiments (if the concept is testable) and compares the results with competitive products or technologies. All these tests are presented and evaluated by the board to finally access the full-scale development.

Any colleague with access to the innovation club can submit an idea.
There are three ways to contribute with the innovation club: 1. submit and idea that could become a new product filling the "idea charter" 2. share a technology through the dedicated form 3. Report a specific customer need or issue through the dedicated form. Furthermore, a shared technology, a customer need or a customer issue could evolve in a new idea.
Of course! All the filled form will be evaluated by an internal committee. You could verify any time the development stage of your submission.
The Innovation Manager will receive a mail alert and will start the evaluation process.
